Let's get crafty!

Stallholder Event information:

Set up and pack up times vary slightly for each venue. *See Venues page

 

Tables (183cm x 75cm) will be supplied at Hedge End. Limited tables will be supplied at Hanger Farm.

 

All display materials are to be supplied by you.

 

Stalls are allocated prior to the event. (please make us aware of any special requirements ie. power points or against a wall at the time of booking)

 

A raffle prize donation is required for all stallholders.

 

At pack up time please ensure that the floor in your designated area is clear and fold down your table (thanks!)

 

Bright Ideas Art and Craft Events reserves the right to cancel the event (under which circumstances a full refund will be issued)

 

Once your application form is complete and the invoice has been paid via paypal/credit or debit card online your booking will be secure.

 

A minimum of two weeks notice is required should you wish to cancel and receive a refund.

 

Stallholders must have Public Liability Insurance

Please email us photos of your current work if you would like them to be included in      

any promotional material for the event and are happy for us to do so.
